Nelson County Schools tapped an experienced educator and administrator with Friday’s announcement that Melissa Case will transition to the role of Director of Operations and Environmental Safety.

Four years of basketball, baseball and soccer, and Lawson Strenecky was still among the top in his class academically. The graduating senior said balance and perspective were vital keys to his high school success.
