Thomas Nelson Community Campus
Uniting Middle and High on Thomas Nelson Community Campus
The Thomas Nelson Community Campus will leave much of the original high school untouched and will add a new middle school wing.
The middle school wing will extend toward KY 245 and have its own entrance separate from the high school. The middle school wing would include a new gymnasium as well as modern classrooms and flexible learning spaces.
An exciting feature to the campus is a pond that sits on land purchased for the middle school wing and planners are going to keep. Access to the pond will be controlled, but offers exciting possibilities for the agriculture program as well as possibly an extension of the cross country track.
